[05:19] The video discusses the locations and occupations of people in ancient India. - People lived around Suleman Hills, Krithar Hills, Garo Hills, Vindhyas, Indus River, and Ganga and its tributaries. - People around Narmada river were skilled gatherers and hunters. - People in Suleman-Kirthar ranges lived in villages and grew wheat and barley crops. - Rice farming was first seen in Vindhyas and cities flourished in the Indus Valley Civilization. [10:38] The Magadh kingdom flourished in present-day Bihar 2500 years ago due to changing occupation and economy of people, and people's travel from one part of the subcontinent to another was not easy but led to cultural exchange. - People's occupation and economy changed, leading to the rise of Magadh kingdom - People started traveling from one part of the subcontinent to another, facing challenges like crossing hills and rivers - Cultural exchange was the outcome of people's travel [15:57] People's movement in the subcontinent led to intermingling of cultures and enrichment of culture, resulting in changes in food, music, and art forms. - People moved in search of livelihood and to escape natural calamities. - Some men joined the army and started marching for different reasons. 🎯Today's (Q.) What is CE and BCE ?? 👉🏻CE And BCE are abbreviations for how historians have divided history all history is assigned based upon weather it occurred before or after the birth of Jesus Christ about 2000 years ago however insted of mentioning Jesus Christ the CE And BCE system uses the term common era anything. ✍️ Anything before the birth of Jesus Christ is assigned as bce meaning before the common era. ✍️Anything after his birth including this year is assigned as CE meaning Common era. 👉🏻For ex- 123 bce means 123 years before the common era 👉🏻in the same way 123 CE means 123 years into the common era. ✍️Common Era CE is used to denote dates. CE stands for Common Era. Earlier we used to use the abbreviation AD which stands for Anno Domini which means in the year of the lord (after Jesus Christ was born). ✍️BCE is used to denote dates. BCE stands for Before Common Era. Earlier we used to use the abbreviation BC which stands for (Before Jesus Christ). Thanks Sir for this Great session..🙏😇

Time period before the birth of jesus christ is generally denoted by BC{before christ} or by BCE{before common era} the dates are counted backward before the birth of christ & Time period after the birth of christ is denoted by AD {anno Domini} or by CE{common era} . Bc means before Christ ,That is the time of before the birth of Christ and it is also called as BCE means Before Christian ERA AD means ANNO DOMINI ,time after the birth of Christ or when the Christian ERA started . In BCE dates are counted in reverse order whereas in AD dates are counted as same as we count now . Thank you so much sir for this wonderful and awesome lecture 😁.

BC & AD actually refers to the time line in the history . where BC / BCE refers to : Before christ or before common era this is usually the time befor the birth of the christ. and AD / CE refers to : anno domini or under the dominance of chirst / common era , this is usually the time after the birth of christ . the most important thing is this timeline is like the numberline in the mathematic's Integer , where zero is the centre point and right side of the zero is positive numbers and to the left side of the zero there is negative numbers , where we read negative numbers in the order of -1 , -2 , -3 , -4 , -5 , -6 and so on and we read positive numbers in the sequence of 1, 2 , 3, 4 ,5 and so on but the main thing is the chronological order we read from negative infinity to -9,-8,-7,-6,-5,-4,-3,-2,-1,0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 and so on to the positive infinity , similarly we read the time line of BC & AD in the same order where we refers zero to the birth of christ and to the lest negative side we read bce as -1 to 1 bce/bc , -2 to 2bc/bce , -3 to 3 bce/bc and so on and on the other side i.e. right side we read +1 to 1 AD/CE , +2 to 2AD/CE and so onnnnn till date this is the complete explaination of BCE/BC & AD/CE .

In Gregorian calendar AD(Anno domain) is known from the birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ was born in 1AD. Before the birth of Jesus Christ period is known as BC(Before Christ). In this era We used CE/BCE(Common Era/Before Common Era). The period in which we live is known as CE/AD. The period before the Jesus Christ is known as BCE/BC. And thank you so much sir to give us this type of foundation course.😊

BC and AD✨ 🔴The idea to count years from the birth of Jesus Christ was first proposed in the year 525 by Dionysius Exiguus, a Christian monk. 🔵Standardized under the Julian and Gregorian calendars, the system spread throughout Europe and the Christian world during the centuries that followed. 🔴AD stands for Anno Domini, Latin for “in the year of the Lord”, while BC stands for “before Christ”. BCE and CE✨ 🔴CE stands for “common (or current) era”, while BCE stands for “before the common (or current) era”. 🔵These abbreviations have a shorter history than BC and AD, although they still date from at least the early 1700s. 🔴They have been in frequent use by Jewish academics for more than 100 years, but became more widespread in the later part of the 20th century, replacing BC/AD in a number of fields, notably science and academia.

To define the dates we use some terms like AD,BC,CE,BCE. Lets try to understand it. In English there are two parameters to show the dates one is before the birth of jesus Christ and other is after the death of Jesus Christ. BC(before christ)- It is used to show the time period before the birth of christ. AD(Anno domini)- Anno domini means in the year of jesus christ.we use this term to show the time periods after the death of Christ. Now a days we use , CE(common Era) in place of AD. And, BCE(before common Era) in place of BC.

We follow the Gorgean calendar, which is named after a pop name. This calender is divided into two parts ie- BC(before christ) and AD(anno domini) or CE(Christian era). The first part of this calender defines the period before the birth of jesus christ and this time is recognised in decending order as 1200 BC comes before 1000 BC. The second part of calender defines the period after the birth of jesus christ. This part of calender is simply recognised in ascending order. This calender completely show the dominance of christians in all over the world.

As far as I know, BC is Before Christ. It is the time before the birth of Jesus Christ which is 0 CE. Before 0 CE, time is counted from in increasing order. For example : 3 BC, 2 BC, 1 BC, 0 BC/CE, 1 CE, 2 CE........2024 CE AD stands for Anno Domini? CE is Common Era, which starts after the birth of Jesus Christ which is year 0. Modern years are in CE like 2024 CE. BCE stands for Before common Era? I am 11 grader PCM student, this is my first preparation day. I don't know much and all corrections and suggestions are welcome.🌝

BC, AD, BCE, and CE are abbreviations that refer to years in the Gregorian calendar. BC stands for “Before Christ” and AD stands for “Anno Domini” which means “in the year of the Lord” in Latin. BCE stands for “Before the Common Era” and CE stands for "Common Era". The dates are the same in both systems, but BCE and CE are more secular and neutral than BC and AD. The two notation systems are numerically equivalent: “2023 CE” and “AD 2023” each describe the current year; “400 BCE” and “400 BC” are the same year. BCE and CE have become popular in academic and scientific publications because they are religiously neutral terms.

The simplest reason for using BCE/CE as opposed to AD/BC is to avoid reference to Christianity and, in particular, to avoid naming Christ as Lord (BC/AD: Before Christ/In the year of our Lord).
