I personally don't think another spinoff should happen, I believe leaving it with BB, El Camino and BCS. In terms of a Gus show, part of what made the character scary was the mystery surrounding him so if a show was to be made about his origins I feel that that terrifying nature of Gus might dwindle a bit.

If they end up doing more and more spin-offs it'll be bad to start milking the series all of sudden and also because EVERY character was closed up nicely already we don't need the entire backstory of Gus and Mike or Huell or Kim or anyone else we already enough of it to comprehend who they are and how they got themselves in their situations they got to their point of their closing so yeah I'm glad I found someone who agrees with that

@@VVguy1 i think a salamanca show is the only one that would add to the universe without needing a whole new cast ect. milking the series would be like marvel with constant 3-4 movies and 1-2 shows a year. a universe can have infinite shows/movies in theory just not constantly, give it a few years and another bb show would be great and fresh. i wouldnt mind a new show in the bb universe too but it would need some returning characters otherwise whats the point. the reason i think the salamancas would be great is because theres many characters already with hector, lalo, the twins, tuco and theres room for way more. for example all those are hectors nethews and only the twins are siblings. meaning hector must have atleast 3 siblings. we also know hector has a child and grandson, although the grandson cant appear in this show as hes too young. also gonzo (the fat guy who was tucos number 2) was tucos brother in law meaning he has a sister. thats characters we can confirm exist not to mention many new characters can easily be created. plus we can go back and see more of why gus and hector hate eachother so much. we know he killed max, but that was don eladios order and other than that we just see the effects of the hatred with them competing in the cartel and ultimately killing eachother. like theres no real reason that hector hates gus so much in bcs. gus acts and presumably has acted as friendly and holds no grudge against anyone. its only until lalo is killed theres a proper reason for the equal hate between them. maybe gus killed a few salamancas like hectors brothers before he joined the cartel.

I think the only idea that really makes sense is the rise of Gus, but I don’t think it has to be an entire series I think a movie about Gus would be perfect -- it could show his childhood in Chile, his relationship with Max, his origins with Los Pollos Hermanos and working for the cartel, and most importantly, his connection/history with Peter, Lydia, Madrigal and the mysterious Santiago incident. For me, that’s the biggest remaining unanswered question, and I want to know exactly what happened… and specifically what Lydia did that caused Mike to hate her so much.

Mike tells Walt and Jesse that Lydia deserves to die just as much as any man he’s ever met and that they don’t know her like he does. He makes it explicitly clear that she is a loose cannon and that keeping her around Will result in them being arrested or killed. He also automatically assumes she’s the one who put the GPS trackers on the Methylamine barrels in the warehouse in order to sabotage them and save herself. Mike knows Lydia to be dangerous, untrustworthy and a traitor who has done shit like this before. There is obviously more history between them we haven’t seen.

I think the rise of gus / mike in the war/turning into a corrupt cop . Can bring back don eladio and the salamancas since don eladio told gus “I know you who you are but you aren’t in Chile no more” so while all three characters may never coincide but they can have parallel stories and the way the old actors can come back can be that the actors play diff characters that act as a mentor to their characters they portrayed.

It was a beautifully crafted finale, but I think this is it. The series has run its course. Sure, a Mike or Gus prequel sounds enticing, but I really don't know how well it would work; certainly in Mike Ehrmantraut's case they'd need to get somebody much younger to take on a role clearly mastered and defined by Jonathan Banks. I doubt it's a doable proposition. In this case it's better to call it done now and not allow any potential for jumping the shark.

The thing about a Mike prequel is that nobody from the BB/BCS events would be in it, so it would be completely detached and irrelevant. It might be a good show on its own, but why do it if it doesn't add anything to the Breaking Bad story?

I would like to see Saul in prison helping all the prisoners with their appeals lol. Driving the governor nuts. Just for laughs. I’m glad he did the honest and honorable thing in the end and took responsibility for his actions but would be a fun series to see him at it again - putting his legal knowledge to work. Also you wouldn’t have to recast him since it’s in the future.

I'm all for the Breaking Bad Universe getting more spinoff shows. However I think it should be in forward momentum, enough with the prequels. Introduce new players in Albuquerque and maybe sprinkle in some cameos from existing characters in universe like Badger and Skinny Pete, maybe even Walt Junior but not as the main character.

Estranged from his Mum. Holly, now a teenager only knows her Dad through infamy. Very much a 'he who shall not be named.'

I think if there is another spinoff it should probably be a sequel. I feel like we have just enough backstory at this point and another prequel show would probably be a logistical challenge that could create a lot of plot holes. I’d say a sequel with different characters or even a different universe would probably be a better option.

If there's ever going to be another spin-off, it'll be Jesse Pinkman. There's so much mystery there still, what's his new life like? Does he ever get caught? Does he keep an eye out for Brock? It'd be perfect if he is free for 20-25 years, builds a new life, a family, kids, without anyone ever knowing he was Jesse Pinkman, and then have that new life all come crashing down when someone notices him as Jesse Pinkman. That sounds interesting.

Leave Jesse be. There’s zero mystery. He wrote to Brock to say a final goodbye. It’s assumed he went on to live happily ever after in his new identity, which is well deserved. His world already crashed down around him and he did his time in prison with Todd and the gang. He paid far more than any other character and deserves his happily ever after.

A sort of reality show where Joe reminisces about all the great crimes he has helped to cover up and famous crime kingpins he has worked with over the years (cameos with Walt and Jesse of course), mixed in with his unique insights into life, the universe and everything.

I think we're too used to the fact that in the entertainment industry, the success of show/movie equals to going on with the story, but i don't think it should be like that. I love the world Vince Gilligan created and i would definitely watch a new related show/movie, but i think we should appreciate the story for its conclusion. BrBa, BCS and El Camino already cut the loose ends.

I would like to see a spin-off series called "Albuquerque" where we see self contained stories, except that the stories would be half the season instead of just 1 chapter, because I really feel like the stories being 1 chapter long would limit Vince and the crew cvreatively too much, but making it half a season would be great for short stories related to the Albuquerque kingpins, maybe a story about one of Gus' Los Pollos Hermanos slowly get into the criminal world and finding out about Gus' influence in the business, I don't know.

I think there will be a series based on huell. He will wake up realising a bomb has been connected to him which goes off if he weighs over 360 pounds or if he weighs under 350 pounds. He also must do at least 10000 steps daily on a fitbit that had been put onto his wrist. It ties up some of the breaking bad better call saul mysteries such as what happened to the pizza Walter threw on the roof and how did Los pollos hermanos survive after gus demised. It will be called better fuel huell.

I’d personally like to see a story about Flynn coming into acceptance with himself and the impact Heisenberg left on his family and the world. I know El Camino made it very brief and Better Call Saul added a little bit but I’d like to think that there’s still more that could be explored with knowing how the world was rocked from Walter. I’d also like to see how Skyler is doing in general. Honestly, a Mike spin-off would also be something I think would be good. I rather not have a Gus spin-off as I think I like him as an ambiguous character and I’d also think it would be hard to answer the question on who truly Gustavo is

due to Flyn's disability he becomes a full time food delierver, but at once he was involed with a Fed catching mob gang situation, and the instinc of justice that uncle Hank give he drive at high skill and block the gangs, and start having a well relationship with the Feds. But as time went by he gets into lethal situation from the mobs but the uses the terrorfying name of his father, Heisenberg. With the name he gets repect from the cartel and went under cover, but at the same time the Feds start notice his family history and now is aggresive towards him, and with all that presurre he's now afraid that the blood inside him will break bad, and go on a journey of fighting against his inior evil...

I am not sure what else there is to do in this universe. I wanted a Nacho spin off taking place after Better Call Saul but unfortunately they killed him off which means no Nacho spin off. They could make a young Gustavo show but they would have to recast Giancarlo Esposito which would be horrible. I could see them doing a Better Call Saul movie and it could have something to do with Jimmy in prison but I doubt they will do that. I think the universe is done forever and the Better Call Saul finale was the end to the universe which is sad unless I am missing something they could do

You hit the nail on the head when you said the Salamonicas that would be great go back in the past and show they all got started like when the twins were kids and show Lalo and tuco and other family members, and other members of the Warrez cartel. You can throw some arcs in there about Don elladio. You could throw one special art in there about Gus and who he was in the past that’s a big mystery, they can explain what Don Eladio meant when he said to Gus that he knows who he is and that’s why he’s letting him live.

The problem with Salamancas is I think a show about that crime family would be too dark. BB and BCS, even El Camino had some moments of levity and goodness. I just don't see a story about the Salamancas having the same vibe. It might be interesting, but it'd be a much, much darker story.

A one season series of jesses life in Alaska would be incredible. I imagine he became an avid hunter/fisher. he is a completely different person, but still somehow struggles with putting down the meth/marijuana. But somehow manages to stay in control. That would be cool to see!

Lyle could do a docu-drama on his rise up the fried chicken ladder. From part time high school fry cook, to assistant manager, to regional manager & finally as a corporate executive. It could be done in the style of The Office, as a drama/comedy & the opportunity for BB/BCS cameos are endless!

Honestly, the only spinoff I could see potentially working is of the most random character. Holly. Not because I think it will expand the universe in bay hive ways like BCS did. But mainly because I think the concept of a teenager to young adult trying to get by while having the ‘my dad was a drug kingpin’ label on her back is really interesting. You can show how the personal side of Walt’s life was effected by his choices as opposed to El Camino and the flash forward scenes in BCS showing how the criminal side of his life was effected. And I just think it’s a solid idea to have a main character who struggles with coping with the truth that their dad was a massive crime lord in everyone’s eyes. As well as everyone around her knowing that she’s the daughter to the great Heisenberg. No matter what though, it wold definitely be a better show then Slippin Jimmy.

The letter to Brock is partial info on where the missing $70M in cash Jack stole from Walt is hidden. Jesse was there when they took the cash and hid it, but Jack assumed Jesse was going to die, so he didn't care if Jesse knew where it was. Flash forward 15 years and we see Brock, Kaylee and Holly (who each have a piece of the puzzle/treasure map) setting out to find the hidden cash. Along the way they need to set up a new criminal enterprise to deal with other shifty characters (Jeff and Marion, Marie, Skyler, Huel and Kim) who are hot on their trail. Kind of a Breaking Bad meets Mad Mad Mad World meets Rat Race meets Jumanji.....

New series universe taking place after breaking bad: The A-Team: about Huell and his friends after breaking bad, dealing with a new Heisenberg clone trying to reach the fame of Heisenberg, while being a mysterious and brutal villain. Beyond El Camino: After Jessie escapes to Alaska, news of a new Heisenberg clone sends him back to the business, where he attempts to take him down himself. This causes him to spiral with raising Brock again. Maybe a movie perhaps Blood Money: Walter Jr, now 18, training to be a DEA agent begins receiving money from Gretchen and Elliot, and even though they claim it’s from them, he believes it has to do with his father, the mysterious Heisenberg. Right as he gets to the bottom of it a new threat arrives, in the form of a Heisenberg clone (you get where I’m coming from now) and he vows vengeance.

I feel as though every story from every character in the breaking bad universe is complete. But I personally would love to see a Gus firing and Mike Ehrmantraut spin off. I’d love to see a series or a movie about Mike way back in his days as a dirty cop in Philadelphia on how he became that guy to then become the guy he was in better call Saul and breaking bad. Same with Gus. I feel like you can make a great movie or tv series with those two prequels. It might be pretty hard because Jonathan Banks Giancarlo Esposito are pretty old now but Mabey you can get a younger looking version of them to play them in that series or movie. I personally would love to see that, but I’m guessing I’m in the minority.

I thought about Gus too. But another compelling character is Nacho. When we meet him he’s Tucos right hand man, and his heels are planted pretty firm in the underworld - yet he’s sensible and reasonable for the most part so you know he’s been placed in some morally ambiguous situations on his way. The actor is still relatively young where he’s not ancient yet( as the show just aired). Of course you’d have to get someone to play him in his teen years - but maybe they could de-age him for his early 20’s. Just a thought. I can see Nacho in the streets trying to make a name for himself and we get some more character development on the relationship between he and his father. Maybe they struggled as he tried to get his business going and Nacho took to the underworld in the interest of supporting his family or siblings. Maybe he gets a brother involved and killed. There’s some opportunity with his story arc

A show following Nacho's father in a "serious sitcom" format. Though neither Gus or the cartel had reason to hurt him any more, it turns out Nacho was part of a larger family - one that cannot contend with the loss they suffered, nor the obvious and ever encroaching aspects of the underworld that seem to press in on their lives and livelihood every day. So, they consolidate their upholstery interests, pick up stakes and move to (fill in the blank) to start over. Existential but understated hilarity ensues. Or Papa Nacho must try to steer the younger generation away from Nacho's mistake. Either way, sounds fresh to me. It feels like they completely and utterly told the best "criminal" tale they could with BB/BCS/ELCAM - if its gonna be a DIRECT part of the universe, this would be a way to expand the characters, overall world, and even sub-genre in general.

I would like to see an expansion of walter jr. I think there's alot of roads he can go down such as becoming like his father, but I think the most logical thing is him joining the DEA to avenge hank. There is definitely also room for Skylar going insane and seeing holy grow up. I think it's the most logical as the actors would be taking place in the future of breaking bad (after el camino). There's ALOT of potential, I even think walter jr. can cross paths with Jesse at some point. But if Vince did this he would have to question 3 things. 1. Should I keep the ending as it is and not expand anymore? 2. Should I make a new story but ruin some endings like Jesse's. 3. Should I make the final ending of breaking bad that ties everything together. There's alot of options for Vince but I 100% think the breaking bad universe hasn't had its proper ending even with better call saul. I doubt they won't make a new one but if they do, it could ruin breaking bad as a whole. Hard decision but I'm sure Vince can pull it off

The only way I can see a prequel with wonderful characters like Gus without recasting would be to do an animated show. They could follow the footsteps of Amazon's "Undone" (which has Bob Odenkirk as a lead role) providing beautiful realistic animation that looks like the actors. The thing I've always dreamed about, which Bryan Cranston once said jokingly, was a sequel with Holly White. She never knew her father growing up, so she doesn't know the ramifications of his actions in that time. Imagine if she inherited his genius and philosophy, and followed in his footsteps, putting the whole family through it all again? That would be phenomenal AND we wouldn't need to worry about the actors aging while allowing for new players/seeing other kids grown up (Kaylee, Jesse's brother Jake, Brock, etc.). Even typing this out, I'm imagining a Holly/Jake team where she pushes him around despite being so much younger (much like Kim making the big moves and Saul following her plans in season 6) and it would be phenomenal if executed directly. However, Holly would be turning 13 this year, so a more realistic approach for this is to wait AT LEAST 2-3 years prior to airing- after she takes high school chemistry and the others are in their 20s. Maybe as a way to pay for college if for some reason Walt Jr.'s money thins out by then? However, I'm less confident in 9 million bucks being gone in less than 2 decades in a realistic way unless it's entirely used to Skylar to pay legal fees and for rebuilding their lives. Anyhow, that would be my favorite theory.

This is about the only one that makes sense and is remotely "doable" (aging actors etc.) It's a natural. Each week could have a 1 episode storyline (getting this or that prisoner out of a jam etc.), but held together by an over-arching "series" storyline. Old aquaintances can come and go etc.

The only real way to do another series would be for them to make a show about Lalo’s back story. They wouldn’t need any other characters from the BB/BCS universe because he was off doing his own thing before being told to go keep an eye on Nacho who took over for Hector. They could essentially end the series on that phone call from either bolsa or Don eladio. I’d love to see a total villain series. They could intertwine a gus story from his days in Chile too. Obviously they would need to recast Giancarlo cuz he’s too old to play a younger version of himself now. Maybe even Tony Dalton too.

I want a prequel about the rise of Gus and the Salamancas all rolled into 1 that takes place in the 80s. 2 parallel stories that collide in the last season. Half the show takes place in Mexico where we see the rise and the history of the Salamancas and Eladio's empire. The other half shows the rise of Gus and what exactly he did in Chile and how comes in contact with Peter Schuler since in volume 5 of Saul it's teased that Gus "saved" Peter in Chile somehow. I've heard a theory that in Gus's early days, he worked within the Chilean secret service under Pinochet to try to bring the government down from the inside. Unfortunately since it would take place decades before the events of Saul and BrBa and even more decades ago from the present and the actors are all getting older so it would have to be recast. But who knows, this might shine a spotlight on some brilliant actors that we otherwise might not've seen before. The obvious problem with this is that both halves the storyline would be canonically spoken almost entirely in Spanish since that's the language of both Chile and Mexico obviously as well as a bit of German when Peter Schuler's involved. Since this universe obviously has a mostly English speaking audience you'd either have to have the entire show captioned in English which would be rather inconvenient for both the audience and the English speaking writers like Vince and Pete, or they'd just substitute Spanish for English and whenever the actors speak English, they just ask the audience to suspend their disbelief and know that whenever the characters speak English, they're really speaking Spanish which is something that's done often in media where the characters canonically don't speak the same language as the audience and shouldn't be a problem since a show taking place primarily in Chile and Mexico you wouldn't canonically have English spoken much to begin with and the only other language likely to be spoken is German since it may partially take place in Germany so German characters can just speak German with English subtitles because it probably won't be spoken very often in the show. Maybe it would be spoken about as often as Spanish is in BrBa or Saul. Either way this is the exact spinoff that i want.

I think it would have to be the rise of a new player, after Walter and his drug empire had collapsed and there is a battle to be the next top dog. But it would start slightly before the collapse and they would have to rise through the ranks, this would allow for Easter eggs to the old show like news about Jessie and Walt, the end of the blue meth and it slowly drying up, Saul as their lawyer then Bill when he runs away, even Saul’s fate. They could include Saul if someone in the group visited him in prison to ask for advice or Jessie if they ran away to Alaska or got word he was hiding out down there. It would make sense to include Jessie rather than anyone else as Jessie is still alive so his age wouldn’t impact a story set after breaking bad

I think a future show is what we need, BCS was so gripping because of the Gene storyline, we already knew Saul survives Breaking Bad, but the new plot gave us something new to worry about / get invested in. I've thought a sequel about Jesse would be good, but it spoils his El Camino ending and would be similar to Gene's story with people noticing him. A Jeff and Buddy sequel however would be really cool, there are also blanks that could be filled in: How did they know Saul was in Omaha? Who were the ones they were going to blackmail? What did they get up to in Albuquerque? (We could meet old characters from BB & BCS). We know from Marion they were involved in criminal activity in Albuquerque too, so maybe they bought drugs from Jesse, partied with Ted, Combo and Skinny Pete too! Gus maybe caught onto them, so much like Saul, they escaped to Omaha and the black and white future could start with Jeff in prison, remembering his better days - cut to past story, he's only in prison until season 2, then his story could lead to him ratting out Saul to the mysterious blackmailers only for it to blow up in their faces because they weren't supposed to do business without them. Jeff and Buddy *really* remind me of Jesse and Walt too, so this new series could follow them growing into pro con men like Saul. BCS was mostly about dodging the law and using intellect to get out of trouble and pulling off scams. BB was about a nobody building a massive drug empire from scratch, while becoming ruthless. Albuquerque Conmen: could be all about the two idiots trying to make it rich by stealing, only to realise it's not worth the trouble.

The blue meth that Walt formulated was actually a joint product of Elliot, Gretchen, and Walt. I would also like to see whether the 9 million dollars Walt left in his final moments were given to his son or not, and frankly, it's not unreasonable to think that Gray Matter Technologies could be a front for meth.

In a recent interview Vince Gilligan said there is nothing "BB" related in any plans whatsoever, albeit with a "never say never" caveat. The interviewers brought up some spinoff ideas much like the ones in this video. Gilligan liked some of those ideas, but said he is steering his efforts to things other than the BB/Saul universe. He is currently readying to pitch a sci-fi related project.

If I were Vince Gilligan, I would make a new spin off: Huell and Kuby as con artists and it should be a Breaking Bad sequel. Every episode should have a different story about Kuby and Huell shenanigans and scams and most importantly we should get to see some characters of BB or BCS make an appearance, for example, what if one of the episodes Huell and Kuby get hired by the Kettlemans to scam someone. Or what if they work for Madrigal Elektromotoren as part time security guards. The spin off will show Kuby and Huell personal lives and their family, also it could show Kuby and Huell background story as flashbacks. Of course, there will be other new main characters especially female ones to make the show more even more interesting. It would make great tv show and it will be something unusual in BB world because the genre will action + comedy.

Technically you could make a prequel about Hank Schrader, his story as an DEA officer and ofcourse flash forwards to the present were Marie is trying to catch those who were involved in the killing Hank Schrader (Such as Saul). Then you could also focus on the family dynamic between Marie and Skyler. If the story is well written then it might even be possible to combine this with the rise of Gus were Hank Schrader is trying to take down Gus and his drug empire eventhough Hank Schrader has no clue who the new druglord is. Essentially he would be chasing a ghost.

I havnt heard anyone suggest a disapearer anthology show, I know Robert Forester past away but really just show people escaping, saying the password getting picked up by the mini van and then they are in new lives and we get to see why they had to disapear, keep the breaking bad/saul universe going but also detatch it from those story lines so anything can happen every episode

A movie about Gus in the same style as El Camino would be great, but there isn’t enough there for a 5-6 season show. It could take place between BCS and BB, with lots of flashbacks to his childhood and how he joined the cartel.

Flynn dedicates his life to following uncle hanks footsteps in becoming a narcotics detective, giving his disabilities he’s able to overcome and do just that, his main mission hunting down Jesse, coming to find him and doing so only getting a full explanation and letting Jesse go, also Flynn finds a way to give Mikes money to his grand daughter.

Now here me out there are two things I can see them doing and I prefer one over the other the first would be a spin off with Hank and Steve have them show other cases they worked on. The only problem that I have with this both of those actors look much older than they did when Breaking bad came out and when they both cameo in better call saul as their "younger selfs", I got to admit found it very distracting. The second one and the one I honestly prefer is a movie or a mini series of skyler and walt jr. Dealing with the aftermath of Heisenberg trying to rebuild their lives having Skyler mend her relationship with Marie. I see a story there. I wouldn't do a Mike or Gus origin story because I felt they got that in better call saul but if they were to continue I would vote for the Skyler movie or mini series and maybe the Hank and Steve prequel

What about a spinoff on Mike Ehrmantraut (old like now in the police of philly, and in the same time, young when he have long flash back of his past). Or Sobshak(showing all his hustler and greats burglary plan). Or Eld Galbraith (how he started this life of hiding people, why he is so suspicious) . Or Huell Babineaux (showing funny adventure (he is a comedian. And he aging well), and how he always gets himself into trouble and eventually gets out of it).

They should make a miniseries with all of the side characters going throughout their days. One episode on badger and skinny pete, one on Chuck when he still practiced law at H and H, one on Howard before his divorce, one on Huel and q, one on the twins, etc. Maybe have it take place during parts of breaking bad, like reactions to the plane crash or other events subtlety sprinkled in.
