@johnnywest54456 жыл бұрын
I came here from the video recommending fasting every other day, and was thinking the same thing. I wonder if I can eat 500 to 600 calories for a day in nuts and seeds and not think I'm starving.
@silversurfer88186 жыл бұрын
I had to look into how much i could eat while not exceeding above 600 calories, and it's not much. Almonds - 1 cup (95 g) 546 cal Cashew- 1 oz. (28.35 g)155 cal Hazelnut- 1 cup (75 g) 471 cal Pecans - 1 cup (99 g) 684 cal Walnuts - 1 cup (80 g) 523 cal Flaxseed -1 cup (168 g) 897 cal Peanuts - 1 cup (146 g) 828 cal Preferably i want to eat each of the nuts/seeds of equal weight, but the quantity would have to be very small as 100g of Almonds alone is almost enough to reach the 600 cal limit.
@johnnywest54456 жыл бұрын
Minus the cashews, six cups is quite a lot of nuts to be eating in one day, irregardless of it being a fasting day or not, and a cup of flaxseeds will, I'm sure, stop you up for a good week. At any rate, I think if I were to give the 5-2 thing a go, it would be after a go at One Meal A Day, where I'd be a bit more accustomed to going without food for a while. As it is now, I rarely eat breakfast, and even more rarely eat more than two meals a day.
