How to encounter this boss: Once you have gained 000 through Gacha and are at least DJ level 30, select this battle unit and click on "Enhance". Look at a closeup of the art by hitting the Eye icon. Once the image is full screen, wait. Eyes will start to appear in the background after a few seconds. Wait until a glitchy-looking screen shows, select "fight" and this will summon the boss.
