Reading 3 described my situation, this past Friday, March 8, 2024 I was “involuntarily reassigned” from one position at work to another. I have been struggling with the original position for almost two years and have never done the job as well as I know I could. It has felt like I had a rope attached to me and a semi truck so I would take a couple steps forward and then drug backwards. I have been fortunate that although I did not do an amazing job my attitude and love for others and willingness did not go unnoticed so my new position will have less deadlines and disruptions which will probably fit me better.
