As soon as the currently ~3M foreign students start self-deport themselves to their home countries due to expiration of their student visas or work permits, Canadian job market will slowly but surely start improving for currently unemployed or on EI Canadian CITIZENS and PRs! Also wages will start rising when employers will have no choice but to hire Canadian CITIZENS or PRs and pay them accordingly for the positions previously held by low wage foreign students IF they still wanna stay in business!
