It is not merely that men are dominating the world. She is say that men are not respecting women's place in the society as equal. She is also saying that men's thinking towards women is in gutter because most men, specially men in powerful positions, see women as a physical object and not has an intellectual person equal their or better than their own. She is also saying that even younger girls feel and unspoken discrimination toward them, they FEEL hunter's eyes on them, let it be walking from bus stop to home, or walking in a park, or working in a campus. In other words, they feel hunted and they do not feel safe. Further, she is saying that such discrimination towards women is so ingrained into the society, that as of yet there are no words the describe this discrimination in India. Fundamental respect for a woman as an equal human being is lacking; one of the first tenants of our religion says, men and women are equal - all these people who call themselves righteous Sikhs and who discriminate against women should be ashamed; they might as well remove their turbans and shave their beards, they are not worth the graceful respect that Sikh gurus have blessed.
