Ashley Jones is an absolute blessing to the world for human performance and has continually provided value that’s beyond belief, I’m a nutrition science student and injured rugby player but I can tell you that his beastly and wave loding programming has done wonders for my self and fellow athletes who have tried them! Thank you Ashley you will leave a legacy for infinite generations!

s guy is teaching the same stuff that was taught 30-45 years ago, and what was taught 30-45 years ago in america as invented 40 years prior to that. 3 sessions 45-75 minutes each??? sorry, top weightlifters train 2-4 times a day for 3-6 hours total.. I know he is not training weightlifters but football players but the principles are the same. look up GTG, paval, and greace the groove, nd russian training methods from the 80's where insane records were set.

Hormonally the time frame of my program fit in with what Louie Simmons and Charles Poliquin have said for decades, and as Arthur Jones once said, "one shot, one kill" any further bullets just cause damage to the meat
