Im pretty sure "player salaries cannot be aggregated" means that you cannot combine salaries in a trade. Meaning you have to trade 1 for 1 (you cant combine 2+ players to trade for 1 player) its a downfall of being in the 2nd apron.

This is hilarious! Heat-Warriors: Both these teams are over the first apron! So, NEITHER can receive even $1 more in trade than they send out! So, unless it matches exactly, the Butler deal can't happen. And the Heat would have to lose a bunch of roster players just to free up room to take all these guys. NO, dude that just isn't happening! Doesn't know how the CBA works! Doesn't have a clue how the NBA works to think for 1 moment any of these deals could ever happen. Miami could theoretically trade Butler to the Rockets since they are under the 1st apron, but for VanFleet, Reed Sheppard, JaeSean Tate, Terry Rozier and a 1st round pick? Hell no! Heat should push a trade with the Rockets. Reed + Cam + a Suns and/or a Nets 1st rounders. Heat adds two young talented players with all-star/high level starter potential, and Houston adds a closer without having to dump all of the young core. maybe u need to add a 3rd team, but seems like a fair price and a fair return.

Andrew wiggins has been better thsn butler this year. After his dad died, be no longer has to always be traveling to care for him, and he also doesnt have to constantly worry "is he going to die today?". Wiggins has been a top defender and a dependable option that can swap steph as the first option in nights that steph's tendenitis flares up, or he is just off. So i think dont make the trade at all, jimmy is a dead end, a declining asset. While wiggins is in his prime and mentally stronger than he has ever been in his life, AND kuminga us gaining confidence because of his teammates putting so much faith in him. You can see it clearly by the way kuminga is deferring to other players less and less every game, bullying his way to the basket, good defense, and draymond, wiggs, and steph will keep his head on straight about making the rught pass and correct, easy basketball play every time. The warriors need a deanthony melton replacement, and Podz needs to get out of his own head since they spoke about him shooting 8+ threes per game this year after klay left, podz put too much responsibility on himself, and a young player cant do that on a team with championship goals since every mistake they make is scrutinized so much. So he feels like a failure, and being on the same team as steph, the media and fans are on his ass. I think the season is 82 games, its a longgggg time, and kuminga will grow into a good enough player to be a 3rd scoring option while still being under the command of draymond green, wiggins can score 25 of 30 on any night, and steph can score the variable "X" lol , since high stakes games get steph going.
