But Florence was deeply religious... data can be a tool, but it's not a motivation. For motivation you'll have to look to religion, spirituality, mythology, psychology, tradition, gut instinct or perhaps prejudice...

@@neoepicurean3772 Yes, but she had some very interesting theological beliefs as well and had a great degree of religious tolerance and an interest in old pagan and eastern religions as well. Between her keen intellect, her ambition, her sense of spirituality and religion, her simple love of knowledge and learning, if I could spend a night talking to any historical figure, it'd probably be her. There are probably many interesting things you could discuss with her
