Hindi pa po maliwanag kung yung iprinisinta niya ay illegally recorded, or transmitted. Also, her possession of the recording did not occur in the territorial jurisdiction of the PH. The court has to make a determination pa if playing the recording is considered a crime committed here.

Hindi po elemento ang “cares for the country” and being public personalities doesnt matter if the conversation is private. However, remember that criminal laws are territorial so if the possession is in another country, he or she cannot be charged

No po. Barangay CCTVs do not record audio and therefore dont violate this law. They are also placed in public where there is little expectation of privacy.

The illegally recorded video with audio can be presented in court. That is an exception in the law.

Paano po if the recorded conversation is in the possession of somebody outside the Philippines? Can that person be charged with anti-wiretapping law? If yes, how can she defend herself? Can that person be extradited?

If the crime is committed outside the territorial jurisdiction of the Philippine that person cannot be charged here

Ma'am, kung madalas po kayong manood kay Atty Trixie, nasasabi naman niya po na ang mga batas ng bansa, ay para lang po sa mga mamamayan na nandito sa bansa. So hindi po pwedeng kasuhan ang isang tao kung wala po dito sa Pilipinas dahil walang jurisdiction ang Philippine Law sa ibang bansa dahil ang masusunod po ay yung mga batas po ng bansang iyon.
