It's just so tough not to get invested in these girls and their story. Blockberry Creative doesn't have other artists to fall back on, and LOONA doesn't have a rich agency that can bankroll them if something doesn't go well. In so many ways, their journey and how close it has made them has bled over into real life in ways the fans have been able to appreciate: - Kim Lip and Chuu being best friends in middle school, only to end up in the same group together as adults and looking back on how crazy it is that they made it. - This group losing their creative director, sound, vision, and the CEO of BBC to jail, only to dance their asses off so hard on cover tracks that Lee Soo-Man produced their next two albums. - Hyunjin kicking Heejin off the final competition team when they were both on MixNine to force her to show another side of herself and prove her versatility, even though she knew it'd make her look like she betrayed her best friend on national television. They're still best friends. The winners of MixNine never debuted and Heejin is LOONA's center. - Star hitting #36 on American Top 40 Radio without LOONA even having an English record label, promoted entirely by the fans. The group thought Orbits on the internet had made up the story. - PTT winning first place on The Show over Brave Girls' comeback, thanks to Orbits around the world voting during the live broadcast. Yeojin promised to carry Haseul around the stage this time, and she did. Every comeback, it's like they're fighting for their jobs...but they're still making records and still doing things no other group has ever done. How can you not love this weird flock of talented ladies?

The CEO of Blockberry Creative didn't go to jail. They're a subsidary of Polaris, which in turn was a branch of Ilgwang Group. The CEO or Chairman of either Polaris &/or Ilgwang Group(reports are somewhat contradictory) was the one sentenced to jail time - for bribery & embezzlement.

So many Kpop fans have no idea what these girls have gone through. They have persevered beyond very very tough times. More than this video even shows. They are my favorite group for many many reasons. Vocals, visuals, talent, but most of all, their personalities. And you love them each for different reasons. In my humble opinion, they are the best. Not the best at one thing: others can sing better, others may individually dance better, but as a whole, they do it better than other groups. As a whole, they are the best. Just my opinion. It's okay to disagree.

The best way to get to know the members is really to watch LoonaTV. Its a great trip you take with them as they all start to show up and form Loona. Moonbit's series they have for each member is also a great way to get to know the girls personalities.

I'm so glad you reacted to this! i can't wait for you to watch so what, why not and star and also learn our girls' wild personalities (we'll have to recommend some good personality guides or crack videos haha). loona is the group that got me into kpop in mid 2018 (between the end of predebut and their full group debut) and they're still my ult group. there's something special about them that i'm so glad you see it too (dw, we all cry at the 365 comeback, haseul and their first win). i hope one day you get to their bsides too because i think you will love soooo many of them (i usually don't like ballads that much but loona ballads are just next level). btw I've been enjoying your reactions so much since i found you because i recently became a baby shawol and have been using your shinee sunday series to go through all Their bsides and i just wanna let you know how much i love your enthusiasm and care when you react to groups, it's so infectious and it makes me so excited for all your loona content to come!

The dark age of loona was… one of the most emotional moments as an orbit. I’ll never forget the shock and feeling afraid that this group was going to end before they even began. Me and one of my close friends got on discord and started loading up our carts on so many websites buying albums both physically and digitally. Something about this group is so special it’s beyond just your standard idol group. Maybe it’s the message they provide, maybe it’s their unique lore or maybe it’s just because the fandom has come together so many times to support and protect these girls dreams. I’ve said it multiple times but loona is the future of girl groups in Kpop and has the potential to have the same impact as SNSD

If i'm not mistaken, the superpowers were only theories and there was no confirmation that they have specific super powers. Choerry have said that OEC is the only unit that has the ability to travel between the three worlds but nothing about super speed or teleportation.

videos I recommend watching: "The Inconstant Moon A History of LOONA" (by the channel "mera") for what happened in 2019 when we were having the radio silence era and Loominosity guides for lore stuff because they only show things that were proveen to be true by bbc, and other channels are more speculation based (they are fine too, but since you are still new to the group I recommend checking what is true first before diving into theories)

just tu clarify: JJ deleted the songs but of course "la maison" is still there, the producers who worked on that project must have them (Monotree- they worked with jj since heejin until the album "xx"). the thing is, BBC didn't buy them. we still don't know what heppened between them. JJ still want to work with them again but idk. the company have weird ways to work. the girls still love "butterfly" era because that song represent them as a group. Orbits will always support our girls ♥we want the best for them ♥

Indeed, the video makes it appear he deleted the songs as some kind of vengeful act, whereas it seems pretty clear he only deleted songs that the company required him to after he left. Quite possibly they were only his personal copies anyway.

There's doesn't seem to be any actual evidence, or even anything remotely realistic, to suggest that - only fan speculation. This speculation seems entirely based on wilful misreading of his completely normal posts about his disappointment in not being able to continue the project. The 'deleted files' misleadingly referred to in the video, seem obviously to have been deleted to comply with the contract. ie: The company told him to, they almost certainly had the original copies anyway. Kpop fans love to cast people/entire companies/countries as villains for some reason, and routinely repeat rumours/inventions as 'fact'. That multiple companies hired him for multiple performers/groups, makes it pretty obvious that he isn't some villain. Likewise it makes no sense for him to do all this work, while 'wanting to destroy' the group & inherently his own creative work. He created the very things(complex world building, public intrigue, etc) that got them a lot of attention. Likewise only a psychopath would want to 'destroy the mentality' of the performers, his career wouldn't have lasted if this was true. He was a creative director, it seems unlikely he had ultimate control over everything.
