Actually posting on the difference platforms at the same time isn't that big of a deal as the time to engage depending on platform can be quite low and most people who are scrolling on one platform won't switch to another platform within the time it takes for that post to disappear in the sea of other posts. I would personally plan when to post regardless of this and aim them more based on the social media your posting also post in-between if you do decide to post the same stuff multiple time on the same platform so it doesn't look like you're a spammer to anyone that clicks your profile. Or vary the way you post your music so that it has a unique element so people don't feel like it's the same content

Just my opinion. When you release your song release the lyric video along with it. Then make the music video separately release. This is because lyric videos are great now but they’re not as big of a deal as releasing a song or the music video itself. Also it’s better for your lyrics in that part of your song to get out there right away and then you can debuts the music video however long after.
