Vacuum has been cleaned out no obstructions. Will only run for 30seconds and then shuts down, will re start after a few minutes. Do you have a solution to resolve this issue?

I’ve had mine for a year and it’s been great on hardwood and tile…until now. It’s turning itself off after about five seconds.

This vacuum plugs up and there is no way to unplug it without taking the whole thing apart. I called customer service and they emailed stating they have discontinued this vacuum and no longer offer support. SO HELPFUL. The vacuum won't charge properly. It only runs for a few seconds and quits running and shuts off. I have only used this vacuum about 10 times. WHAT AN AWFUL COMPANY AND VACUUM.

Bad battery or filter not seated right? The battery should last 30 minutes, but does the battery show full charge, if not then I would contact Britech to replace a bad battery perhaps.

My display comes on at first but then quickly goes out and does not let me adjust the suction. I took it apart and cleaned it, no change. It also seems to be dumping dirt out of the brush head after I shut it off

@@catherinejackson9924 Only suggestion I have is to contact Britech Inc support for troubleshoot britechinc.com/support/ we are not able to assist in troubleshooting as we haven't encountered this issue during the testing and review period.

@@dragonblogger I contacted them and they are sending me a new vacuum, they were very helpful but could not resolve the issue either
