The payment is for the processes to get the Job. You pay them to assist you with the multiple processes required

Is it not possible to get your agency paid after getting a job in Germany...more like a signed agreement that after being employed, the agency fee will be deducted monthly from my salary. Because the registration and application fee is huge.

The agency tried that with some candidates who messed up the opportunity and wasted agency money. You see, it’s a nice idea, but this means that the agency has to pay for all the schooling and processes and if they drop out we loose thousands of Euros 🤷🏽‍♀️
