It's been so difficult to find the Talent Passport visa program itemized like this. The government websites are often so vague. If you could share a case study of the talent passport visa for visual artists, that would be wonderful. Artists don't have a lot of money for legal advice, so a case study would help them understand the basic requirements. For example, what happens if you continue to sell work in the US?

The best is to see if you can find jobs here in france with your expertise/field. There are two questions here one is how to get the visa and the other is how to declare your income in france. Having just renewed by eu blue card for another 4 years, the process of application has vastly improved, everything is online now... Very impressed with the new efficiency tbh.

What benefits blue card has over passport talent resident permit? Both are 4 year long but only salary required is different.

I got my eu blue card renewed for another 4 years two months. There is certain advantages when switching to another job in EU - your length of stay counts if one day you decide to apply for nationality.

I got my eu blue card renewed for another 4 years not so long ago. It all depends, there's no clear guidelines in how many years you will get. You have a CDD?

I believe it depends on your work contract and if it shows you might need extra time from that. It's case by case based on what time they feel is sufficient or that you request. By the way did you have to have a paid contract for this to apply for this passport talent?

Check the french official website. But you may not count as family member eligible for the same visa type. U can always come as visitor, your daughter can invite you
