This was really informative as I never really knew how to tell the load/speed capacity. And also how about if you're running an after market wheel setup, do you still go with the factory recommended tire pressure rating?

Uhm nah. You can put the tire pressure in a low risk psi like between 26 and 30psi. Or if you can check forums for professionals running a similar tire setup on your car.
