Well I asked the question about insurance. It's in the full length video I dud with them You can find that video in my library. Yes you should get insurance. I was with him until his said he doesn't use contracts, even for mom and pop spots. I think paper contracts are very important even for small businesses

Yeah but also what he said after made sense. If the machine isn't producing, you don't wanna be tied in with the location, this way you are able to move the machine to another location that will produce.

@@shawnintown true. I have a 6 month contract with my local airport for automated retail machines, but in it, it states we can move it to different locations within the airport to facilitate best production. But I understand that's a different situation, bigger location, etc

Question: Get a vending machine before location? Answer depending where you live and how determined and consistent you are, I for example have a small back yard in LA so when I started I bought the machine first then I looked for a spot and it takes about a week or less to find a spot. Key is consistency or else you'll just take a loss on the machine.

This video is really good they really get straight into detail. Id love to hear some ways yall found a good route,, places with good foot traffic! I (1)personally would always get insurance for my vending machines. I wouldn't think to risk damages to my machine and to my relationship with my client. (2) I would definitely set up a contract everytime I set up a deal with the client. Contracts don't need to be wordy/confusing. You can literally get it on Google docs, docusign etc and I think its free too. If you find someone who doesn't want or care about the paperwork I get it😂but I would never do business with someone with no paper work I can review for terms of agreement😬on either side vending or being a client. I like things ironed out that way ig.😂

Hello, thanks for your information. I have a question please. if you already have an Llc for a online business can you still use it for your vending machines or do you need a new one? If you need a new EIN for the vending machines can you use the same online business name with the new EIN for the vending machines or if you have to choose another business name? Thank you.

If you already have an ein, I would suggest using it and see if this would be long term for you. I would not use the same business name if it doesn't align well with vending. Some would suggest to get a DBA however, test and approve the business first. If it's working for you, then you can align everything together, new ein, new name etc.. Hope that helps!
