After one year of BuJo my life has radically changed and for the best. I did my homeworks: Read the book, watched your videos. I have learned that what I needed was not a complex structure but a reference flexible enough to support my changes but still able to support me. I am deeply grateful for the path you offered, thank you

I felt like I was drifting through life, both blindsided and disaffected by daily events. Your systems helped anchor me into my body, into the present and into moving time. I look back through my bullet journal and I can remember and pinpoint momentous events in my life. I can look ahead and be ready for upcoming changes much longer in advance than when I had a regular planner. Your work brought me awareness, momentum, routine and peace. Thank you so much.

Great work, Ryder! I have to say that I didn’t really see the reasoning behind an equal sign for tracking moods until now. I love the reminder that what we experience internally is a result of other things - habits, diet, etc. It’s a simple heuristic for highlighting the importance of our feelings as useful parts of our bodily system.

A little over 10 years ago I found your first Bujo video; ive been using the system ever since.. so thank you. I think this video is , for me , the second most important video in terms of effective communication of intention. Not to say ive not valued others but I have rewatched this one a couple more times through today. Sitting down to note the . - > and o symbols which I have been using but somehow seeing them anew. Sitting down again now to watch it whilst at home and resting .

- This person's name is Ryder. - A useful way to improve note-taking is by categorizing experiences into four groups. - These four categories are Notes, Actions, Moods, and Events. - A helpful mnemonic to remember these categories is "NAME" (Notes, Actions, Moods, Events).

Rapid Logging has been the most difficult part of Bullet Journaling for me. This video reminded me how to do it and the benefit of short notes - not long paragraphs and journal entries .

great to see a symbol for moving out of the bujo! I've used the arrow up to show stuff i've moved into the teams digital tool or the likes of it, but now i'm reconsidering the dubble forward arrow :). thank you for sharing!

I love the thought behind “Action” instead of “Tasks” and the agency implied behind Actions.

I've been bullet journaling for just over a year and I've found it really helpful. I'd never thought of it as note taking on my life before so thank you for that! I still struggle with re-naming Tasks as Actions, if all our actions need to be intentional and things that add meaning to our lives. Don't we all have "Must Do's" that we dislike but still nevertheless need to be done - where do they get logged? Or is it just me!
