Not all Ukraine hero’s wear combat boots. Some just stayed behind to take care of the stray animals. As others fled and left their animals behind increasing the number of strays to feed. I believe in an earlier vid, she wrote that those are dogs that have been "Fixed". In Turkey, for example, cats are treated very well, and when "fixed", a tip of their ear is removed, showing that have been to the Vet. 😊
