My wife went to hospital after we became homeless. She passed 20 days later. We signed temp custody/guardianship to her cousin of my 3 kids until I get on my feet. I got a job just trying to find a place to stay now. Just trying area with good school. Now it's getting harder and harder to reach out to my kids. I don't know what to do. Never went to court over this. She had a paper that looked like it could get notarized, that's it. Hope it's no trouble to get them back.

we had no lawyer when we went to court the court will not give us one we had the worst dcfs worker her name Kimberly Swanson she would not work with us at all we ask for a new cases worker they would not give us one they took her daughter away we have a cases against the school we need a lawyer would a lawyer help us get our daughter back we have a good case against dcfs and the school would a lawyer please help us

I have had a problem for 7 plus years now. The people that raised me served me w temporary ex- parte guardianship on my children. They still after 7 yrs have my children. Their was no emergency for 1 the judge to have been good friends w Ron buckalew. I wasn't even on docket that day. The judge done him a favor. I need help and want my children. The papers state that the biological grand parents have temp ex parte guardianship on my daughter. My divorce had court dates f 06 all the way out to nov of 2015. Which it states it's dismissed without prejudice. I've not a clue what I need to do please please help me

my money been take by my guardianship .never got that. it was onesided
