No whitener, to the best of my knowledge, is not acceptable. But please check with your school teachers. You have to wear uniform and the blazer which must be part of your school uniform ... An informal jacket is not advisable, definitely not in the initial days of the board exams.

Morning star for history civics. Frank bros for geography. But i would urge you not to launch into new textbooks at this stage srabani.follow whatever textbooks you have in school. Together is a good reference book for history. Evergreen is good for geography but has a lot of extra info.
