Handwriting analysis can not match the accuracy of 100 percent because it still not considered as a science. To certain extent it is science and to some extent it is art, just like acting because acting has rules but the acting itself also becomes part of actor's personality. Therefore, no two Graphologists shall provide you the same analysis no matter how much experienced they may be. The history of Graphology dates back to almost 400 yrs. in my opinion obviously you are right we cannot stop thinking. The only time we don't think is when we die. So we have to replace negative thought with positive one. So how we do that.? We start doing something that we like and which makes us happy. and involve in it completely which means do something..... if you will do some actions(like playing your favorite game etc) it will change your emotions and hence thoughts. ACTIONS WILL CHANGE YOUR THOUGHTS PERIOD.

hum apne thoughts ko aane se toh nahi rok sakte... so when u get a negative thought..cover up that thought with 2-3 positive thoughts for that situation..... just dont let ur negative thoughts overcome ur positive thoughts..... u cant stop thinking but u can create thoughts....... many ppl say he/she is always positive.... that doesnt mean they dont get negative thoughts.... they just cover up that thought with more positive thoughts..... as we learn majority wins ..the same happens with positive n negative thoughts
