Then one day I told all the guys that I was officially dating her, and they still didn't believe me until my friend group happened to be all at a restaurant together, I told them I couldn't go cause I had a date with my girlfriend, and they thought I just didn't want to go. Warning: Rant. Pretty long. I kinda lost interest in my crush because his friends kept teasing him about me relentlessly. You’d think that’d be a good thing, but they’re teasing him not because he has a crush on me, but because they know *I* have a crush on him. And he doesn’t like me back, I’m 90% sure of it. And if he had any interest in me his friends probably killed off that interest because he always gets so embarrassed when they tease him about it. It’s pretty humiliating for me because I have to sit through them teasing him about it cuz they think I’m not listening. But when ever we talk or interact in some way, I just treat him like a normal person and don’t bring it up at all, and I’m glad he does the same for me. I’m glad he doesn’t let his own embarrassment of the situation lead him to treat me worse or push me away.
