I go to sleep at 12 pm, wake up at approximately 2pm, and sometimes also sleep 2-5 hours mid day. This chronotype is called heavy depression 👍

To be fair if you had people do hard labor based on daylight the vast majority would sleep easy. Electricity and sedentary lifestyles promote sleeplessness.

I used to go to sleep at 12 pm and wake up at 6 am. Now I'm asleep by 9 pm and wake up at 4 am. Sleep is easy to change, habits aren't. If you don't like taking melatonin the best natural remedy for sleep is warm milk and a book that combo will have you out faster than an ASMR video.

if you have trouble falling asleep it doesnt mean you have a "dolphin chronotype" it just means you have shit sleep and there are multiple factors that affect this
