I saw Undertaker corpse once, but it was over something a child said in 2001 during a Q&A. Scheduled to appear at the Q&A were Mark Henry, Big Show, Kurt Angle and Mick Foley, but Angle and Foley couldn’t make it. Angle had recently suffered an injury at a ppv, so Chris Jericho came in his place, and Taker was Foley’s replacement. We were not told why Foley didn’t showed up. As you could imagine, Taker got the most questions, and the second one was asked by a little boy - “Have you ever really liked to best the pants off somebody?” Everybody busted out laughing, including Taker, and thank goodness he repeated the question before answering it, or I might have never heard what the question was. By the way, this was Taker’s answer, which was classic - “Have I ever really liked to beat the pants off somebody? Well, you know, that’s why I’m in wrestling. I like to beat people up. If their pants come off, that’s just an added bonus.”

He (the reporter fucker) better consider himself lucky that it was Vader who got on him and not Taker. Taker is not only strong as all hell, but he has a background in BJJ. When a guy that size knows martial arts, especially one primarily focusing on submission holds, he can hurt someone ten times worse than any brute strength mofo like vader. Not that pissing off a guy like vader is a good idea either.

Wrestling is scripted, who fights who, who wins, how they win. That doesn't mean that if both wrestlers involved do not execute their job someone won't get hurt. In a way they train in order to do these moves so the person they are 'fighting' doesn't get hurt.

I like the last comment about pro wrestling being real. I mean, it all depends on what you mean by "real", doesn't it. I have watched pro wrestling, off and on, for decades. I've always known that the outcomes were predetermined, but I still appreciated wrestling for what it was and is - great entertainment, both from a storyline aspect as well as a physical display. And I've always appreciated the great athleticism and risk involved in putting on the matches themselves

it's a lot like magic isn't it? you know the magician isn't an actual wizard, but it's still incredible. you also know hulk hogan didn't actually slam his leg on some guy's throat nor did undertaker lift a 6'4 guy off his feet then slam him down using only one hand, but it's still quite the performance.
