Jake The Snake Roberts, he could cut a promo so cold and so scary that it was like poetry with a gun held against your head, he made a "venomous" snake bite his opponent once, he gave a married couple on their "wedding day" a "venomous" snake attack as a wedding gift, he was ready to smack a man or a woman, whoever came through the curtain first, with a chair, manipulated a warrior into a snake pit to die and also dig his own grave beforehand, legit knocked a guy out and picked him up and threw him back into the ring to continue the match.

I would have replaced Jerricho with Jake the Snake. Chris can be entertaining, sure, but Jake was down right diabolical. A great heel should be someone that seems so evil they can scare children, and I was legitimately terrified of Jake Roberts when I was a kid even though I was the weird kid who liked snakes lol. The match that got me hooked on wrestling was Jake Roberts vs Randy Savage, because small child me was more relieved and outright pumped when Macho got the win than I had ever been in my life at that point. That's a world class heel.

I don't remember who he was facing, but the most memorable heel moment for HHH for me was when after their match, HHH attacked his opponent who was strapped to a gurney. I remember watching that and just thinking..."damn, now THAT'S a heel move." It probably sounds tame, but it's always been the quintessential heel moment for me. I think that's what really set heel HHH apart from other heels...most of his most memorable heel moments actually occurred during matches, well at least wrestler heel HHH, not executive heel HHH. Also, I don't know how Randy Orton didn't make this list. His legend killer gimmick is worthy of this list alone, one of the best heel gimmicks in history. And in order to make space for him, fittingly, you'd probably have to get one of the legends, since their careers took place before most of us were even born, so we weren't even around to experience the heelness in all it's glory.
