I like the way TNA/Impact Wrestling used to do the "secret convo" skits, having it look like someone was trying to peek around a corner to over hear a convo instead of the WWE invisible camera skits. They are all scripted but it actually looked better to peek from a distance than sitting in the room.

Here's another one where the Wyatt Sicks being the newest example. Groups are allowed to just run around and brutally attack their coworkers and there never seems to be effective SECURITY to stop them. In Fact that's another one - SECURITY is largely hopeless at stopping anyone unless the story line needs someone to be taken to jail.

#7 AEW wrestlers have addressed this. With wrestlers saying something like do you think I don't watch the show. I heard what you said, I know what you're planning. #5 Is why I hate triple threat matches. One of the wrestlers takes a basic move they'd normally bounce up from and lay outside the ring for minutes so the other two wrestlers can actually wrestle. There's a very small number of triple threat matches that actually work. Four or more people tend to flow better.

My favourite "makes no sense" example of a wrestler always being in their gear was Lance Storm jumping the rail and nailing Saturn with a superkick to literally kickstart the Invasion angle. Despite not being (in storyline) a contracted WWE wrestler and not having a match, Storm appears in his tights, boots, and pads, not to mention with his wrists taped also.

I think the mist thing works better in lore with how it actually is than the "secret glands" explanation. It perfectly fits into wrestling narrative that someone would keep the packet on their gear so they can use it when needed, just like Regal & the Brass Knuckles. In fact it'd be a nice dramatic moment seeing Asuka on camera put it in as it'd create the speculation of "when's it coming?" and "will it be countered?".

There’s situations where I offended someone (usually a subordinate or someone whose contract I happen to be in charge of) years ago and I am just now hearing that they hated me for it ever since. Hell, one guy got angry about something I did as an intern in my junior year of college (it has now been 8 years since I graduated) and he waited until literally THIS MORNING to tell me how I made him feel and that this was why he wanted me passed over for my promotion. If anything, the unrealistic thing is how SOON grievances are addressed in wrestling.
