You guys have misremembered the plot of the Taker-Dudleys match so often now, I have to assume you're doing it on purpose. The point behind the match was that Bearer was being held for ransom by Heyman and the Duds, and they forced Taker to lay down in the match OR ELSE they would bury Bearer in cement. Taker was basically in a "Beat the Clock" scenario, but for keeps. Since he's The Undertaker, of course he won the match anyway before Bearer was totally buried, but then he decided to go all the way with it because as he put it, "He had no other choice." He couldn't allow anyone to have control over him, not even his closest friend.

Oh, it was. It was insanely stupid. But it still makes tons more sense than the Undertaker winning a match, and then going through with the "Lose" condition anyway. That would be like Dolph Ziggler winning the Kiss me Arse match, but getting down and kissing Sheamus's buttcheeks anyway, because reasons. On the other hand, what Taker ended up doing was still very dumb. And selfish, when you get right down to it. Sure, it kept anyone else from using his relationship with Paul as leverage against him ever again, but let's analyze that for a second. Imagine if Spider-Man decided to kill Mary Jane, Gwen Stacy, and Aunt May because he couldn't keep up with all the villains who were targeting them when they find out who he is. Are we supposed to get behind that guy?

Royal Rumble 2015 is the perfect example of why I feel Vince is out of touch with the audience nowadays. I'm not saying give them EVERYTHING they want (since it's a good thing to give the bad guy the win), but if a crowd is going to boo the person you pick to win a match, then DON'T DO IT. Listen to who they like and don't like and manage your superstars' pushes. That's one of the reasons why I feel like Daniel Bryan and CM Punk had such fanbases; the crowds liked them for who they were and it made them, including me, mad when they screwed them or didn't use them correctly.

Reigns is just a character that people don't like so they boo him. Most people I see don't blame Roman for all they get they usually blame the booking, and I'm not saying none of those guys didn't get a big moment but Roman has plenty more despite being less popular. In an average TV show if someone doesn't like a character they say that they don't like that character. The character isn't a real person. They're controlled by writing, it's the same thing with Roman. So if people say they don't like that character/Roman they're basically saying they don't like the writing.

Hope you feel better soon Simon, also, Bryan winning the Rumble right after being off of tv for so long with his last appearance at Mania doesn't mean he should win the Rumble, if anything, him losing was good because if not for that, we got an amazing Cash In from Rollins at Mania, there's also the fact that Daniel just recovered from an injury with his last show being Mania, having him face Brock Lesnar would put him on the shelf immediately, and the fact that unlike other cases of injuries, the Rumble winner that returns from injury if they were a main eventer of Mania has always worked a couple matches after Mania whereas Bryan got injured at Mania, was put on the shelf, and we're supposed to believe that he can win the Rumble after not even having a match up that point from the time of Mania to the Rumble, along with the fact that Bryan was already given the biggest push in his career only for it to crash and burn because he got injured whereas you've got Roman Reigns who hasn't been injured, was being cheered just as much as Bryan until the Rumble, and was also a midcarder getting a push with the Rumble win.
