Sim Snuka had already had a decent run in WWE as Deuce, part of the Deuce 'n Domino tag team. The Bam Neely name was a reference to Cam Neely, an NHL (ice hockey) player known for both his scoring prowess and physicality.

The Dudebusters are part of one of my favourite pieces of wrestling trivia. In 2010, they were on SmackDown! And in the middle of a losing streak. Yet, they inexplicably defeated The Gatecrashers (Curt Hawkins & Vance Archer), who were on a winning streak at that point. And both teams dissolved soon after, with Croft and Archer getting cut later that year. Plus, I think The Dudebusters had been Heel until that point.

Even FEWER know that SmackDown, Heat and Metal were ALWAYS PG; they're just TV guidelines. The kiddification had more to do with the sponsors and merch sales to kids/families, making it a Vince/Dunn call.
