Patti, the farm looks so peaceful with the snow fall. As usual I am so far behind but better late then never! Thank you for sharing this beautiful day.👍

Hi Patti, nice to see you taking some time for "you" and enjoying a walk in the snow. Thanks for sharing. I'm like you I love the snow, I it's always so peaceful and quite when it snows. I'm hoping we at least get one good dump this winter, but so far we haven't dropped below freezing so it's still just rain. Have a great week. 🥰☃

Woodies are an awesome idea, especially from a growers perspective. Both you and Chelsea are full of inspiration!

Thanks, Lynn. We're excited to diversify having field annuals for u-cut and the bouquets we sell. The woodies will meet a more long-term goal. The high tunnel will be where we grow our more expensive annuals, like lisianthus, ranunculus, tulips amongst others. 😊

Do take care of yourself! Yes, I do have more plans than I have hours. I am so far behind that I can't see daylight!! Woodies are an excellent idea. Weather-wise in my north Georgia area has given us hard cold, soft snow to enjoy a few hours before the rain fell & froze. My small snow woman is smaller but hanging in. God bless 🙏

Thanks, Judy. Chelsea made a tiny little snow person as well. It was about five inches tall... 😂

Hi Patti . 6.40/7.16 yarrow; 8.01 bachelor's button ( did you use seed for annuals or perennials ?).I have got some blue ones but also dark purple (almost black, perennial) in my garden, and a few multicolor (black/dark purple via pink to white, big blooms).9.07 i was thinking that you could use it as a base for growing pumpkins. For extra income you might look into growing loofah.Very easy to grow, more people start using these natural spunges. For woodies you might look into growing forsythia ; yellow blooms in spring. These don't need a lot of maintenance and are easy to propagate (7-10 days in bucket with water and the stems start growing roots).Curly or corkscrew willow, used as a base for hanging decorations around easter. Also useable in bouquets, arrangements and even dried.Easy to grow & propagatefast growers & easy to maintain. We had some snow and frost last 2 weeks.Beautiful hoarfrost/rime on the trees and plants so time to take photos. Thanks for sharing Patti.Take care & stay warm, time to enjoy hot chocolate or Irish coffee.
