What happened to Lee Bear?

People have done videos about what happened to Lee Bear already, with their own ideas and analysis. I feel the episode Bye Bear (339) explains his departure perfectly without needing to look into it). If I only did this for his Minecraft character, it would be fine, but I would have to make a disclaimer that I am not going to be talking about what happened to him in real life. Since there is a lot of controversy I feel it would be better to tread that road very carefully. :)
