I just did this mission, and instead of going back to Floyd's apartment, I made my way to the back of the hanger. You automatically get four stars once you climb the ladder or touch foot on the property, but it takes about 3-5 seconds (RL time) for a police helicopter to show up. If you decide to make it back to Floyd, the cops will show up and fire at you. The Meriwether Guards will abandon Floyd and start shooting back. But he'll still writhe on the floor in pain acting like he is being attacked. Depending on how you approach the guards, and their behavior, they may or may not open the fencing and come to your area. If they do, once the police kill them, you can gather their high-powered weapon(s) for your own use. If you can make it out alive, of course. The police will continue to shoot at you, but there won't be any NOOSE coming from behind you at the sea side because the helicopters can't see you due to the roof. Just don't walk back that far, otherwise they'll have a view.

In Three's a Company, during the mission, try to airbreak into the IAA building as Michael while he is performing the extraction( to see whether we can kill Karen as she escapes in the mission). OR Before performing the mission go in or airbreak in the IAA building to see if there is anyone( Mr. K or Karen or anyone).

Hey Whatever, I have another possibility for Scouting the Port. If you follow the yellow route on the map (and don't change the route) when riding in Trevor's car to the port you will be crossing several bridges. When you approach the last one of them, just stop in front of it and wait until the dialogue is finished. Then start crossing the bridge and you will hear another dialogue. You might want to add that in Forgotten possibilities.

Fan fact GTA V: Near FIB and IAA buildings under a highway isn't there a drivable road with a gap for construction in the middle? Under it is a little underground tunnel where the walls at the ends are fake, but the minimap still shows a way and so is there collision for the tunnel in the middle of nowhere.

+whatever57010 GTA V (and GTA Online) fan fact: you can blow up a vehicle without getting a wanted level by pouring gasoline in the back wheels or where the engine is, then light it up with the exhaust fire caused by the super and sports cars (also other cars if you installed the turbo and other engine upgrades) when you rev up holding the brake; and you won't get any stars. In GTA Online, the insurance won't be paid, I don't know for the guy you are blowing the car. lol.
