Carts are nice too! I have the Zuca EZ Cart. That way I can just plop my Grip bag on and off of it easily. Definitely a life saver in the summer when I need to carry the extra water weight. I’ve heard the same as well. Thank you for engaging! 😁

I am looking for a bag to travel with for disc golf. You mentioned traveling with this and I am curious if you check it, put it in upper bins on flight or under the seat? This bag seems too big for a personal item so I am just curious. Wondering the the Bx bag was better for travel?

The BX is definitely easier to travel with but you can also use the AX as a “personal item” also. The BX fits under the seat in front of you easier than the AX though. I’ve never checked my GRIP bags, and never will lol. As a flight attendant I know all too well what checked bags go though! So definitely recommend the BX if you’re flying with it! Also make sure if you order through the official GRIP website, use my code KELSIE10 for 10% off! Also check out my other video “Tips from a Disc Golfing Flight Attendant” for more travel tips!

You can easily fit both the umbrella and disc retriever in the side pouch! 😊

Yeah on the AX5 it’s easy. It wasn’t so easy on the BX.

3 years out of a bag should be bad imo. I use an old xk innova disc carrier with quad shock straps and it has been flawless for 12 years of constant use. I think they should start making the bottoms of bags a little more bullt proof. I'm teetering between ax5 and the new prodigy apex right now, thanks for the video.

I could have easily used it for way longer. The wear on the side is from the way I drag it when I pick it up. That’s definitely my fault for not being more careful with it. I don’t pick up the new one that way. Even with that tear, I could have patched it and kept using it for many more years. The primary reason for switching was to have more space for travel. My boyfriend is on something like year 8 or more with his OG Grip bag. So they definitely hold up if you take care of them! I’d definitely say go with the Grip though! 😁
