I was a little put off by Stonetrust, there was another youtuber that was touring the various booths at the Tuscon show, just generally showing all the offerings the various vendors had for sale, and Robert came up to her and told her he dind't "allow" people to film his booth and post it on the internet. So he wants to pick and choose who gives him free promotion? This just mystifies me. Dave is WONDERFUL. I adore everything about him.

I hear you and I understand how it can seem that way. However, try to understand that it’s also a question of risk. There are A LOT of people who come through a dealer’s room. Unfortunately, history has shown us that not everyone is doing it with the best intent. There are A LOT of dealers in Tucson that ask that neither photos or videos to be taken of their specimens. This is for their safety. BlueCap Productions has been been doing these interviews for over 15 years now and we’ve created a tremendous amount of trust with the dealers. There are A LOT of hidden specimens that we are allowed to film that later get cut because a buyer has asked that it not be shown. The dealers we film know that we can accommodate them in these requests therefore allow us to film. Both Robert and Stephanie are absolutely fantastic people so please try to understand the nature of the market and enjoy what we ARE able to show you.
