Hi new subbie here! My first Balenciaga city bag I purchased in 2004. I still have it, its worn in but still in great condition. I don't wear it at all anymore but I wont part with it. I'm so loving the metallic edge so much and watching your video is not helping lol! I agree Balenciaga is such a cool girl bag. It's edgy and effortless without trying too hard. You will def reach for it a lot! The metallic edge is def on my wish list!

Love it! definately good to know! Wasnt sure how the quality of balenciaga wears, but it's such a classic in my opinion that I felt like I HAD to get one for my collection!

Love the edgy look of this bag... I'm considering getting this bag because it's understated and effortless but very supple and gorgeous. For reference do you know If Alex from HRH Collection has the same style? I get really confused from the city and the part time. Love the shorter strap on it!

I bought a second hand balenciaga city giant 12shw in black! It's a seasoned bag and I got it fixed and liked how it looks. The metallic edge looks really good! If I've seen your video before purchasing I may have gotten that instead. :)

Balenciaga city was my first over 2K mark purchase almost 10 years ago.... but it's still a beloved in my collection, haven't let go of it yet. Haven't used it with a samorga, will have to try it. And am intrigued by the metallic edge chèvre leather 🤔

I didnt know that this bag comes in silver hardware? Only gold. Am i wrong?? Completely confused! I got mine today in the Balenciaga store in Milan and they only got it in gold? And now when i watch your video i kind of think that the silver hardware is more "me". I live in Sweden and we are going back tomorrow so now i dont know what to do.. Help?!! 😭😓😢

LV neverfull is such a classic that will get you through the years. Also the LV montsouris GM backpack. Also the LV Noe. Those are my selections from my collection that I would recommend for school

Kathlyn Beleno I use the Samorga for the Delightful PM and it's perfect inside the City bag. Is slightly smaller in size than the bag, but still gives it shape and doesn't make the bag look too full.

Love your new Balenciaga!! I too think city bags are a classic. I have the classic city with classic brass hardware. I also have the new small (not mini) metallic edge city in Chèvre for more "formal" occasions. But I definitely think the city and most Balenciaga styles are a good classic "black" bag.. City bag, speedy, and Neverfull are my top three!!!
