I used to take a crap ton of makeup when I went on vacation but I realized I never ever used even half of it... now I take one eye shadow palette, my foundation/powder/concealer, one blush, one lipstick/gloss, eyeliner, mascara, etc. so basically just one of everything, haha.

I use Dr. Bronner's baby mild bar soap to clean my brushes. does a great job, gets even gel liner and liquid foundation out. When I go out of town, I just hack off a corner to take with me. Much easier than taking 7 blush brushes ...

OMG, I bought that Burt's Bees sunscreen 2 years ago and hated it! It left a yellowish-white cast on my skin and did not spread or blend in easily or evenly at all! I hope u have an easier time with it! Have fun and be safe in Aruba, can't wait to see your vlogs! :)

How do you apply your Mac Shadesticks?? They are not creamy enough to apply straight from the tube usually and I feel like I waste so much product rubbing them on my fingers and then applying the product on my eyes from my fingers. Do you have a better way? Have a great trip!! Thanks xoxo

instead of brush cleaner (which I am always hesitant to take with me too) you can just take a pack ofbrush cleansing wipes , thats what I do so I dont have to take multiple of a same brush.

All those brushes cracked me up! I do the same, I pack so much then I never use half of it. Sometimes when I travel I use makeup wipes to wipe down my brushes. Don't know if that's a good idea, but.... Love the video!

I saw your cruise travel make-up and that was crazy! But if you haven't seen that, you may still think you're bringing quite a lot. I always feel like you don't get to wear much make-up when you're going to the beach during the day. So it's just the nights -if that.

Try mac cleanse off oil to remove makeup. works really well even waterproof makeup. have a good trip.

Please please please review that new shampoo + conditioner! I was lucky enough to find a bottle of David Babaii Wildlife at TJ Max awhile back but I'm running out! I literally grabbed the last and only bottle. I also bought the Costco sulfate free, paraben free s&c but I honestly don't think it does anything for my hair. So please let us know if you love that Organiz s&c.

HAve fun in Aruba! I am proud of you for downsizing from last years trip lol. You def scaled back. I used to pack insane amounts of makeup too but I learned to significantly downsize. I would probably pack just as much for a trip. I pack about half of that for a long weekend out of town. I went to the lake a few weeks ago and forgot my travel set of brushes and left with none. I was so desperate that I went to the local grocery store and bought some ELF brushes(the dollar ones) . Never again! I now have 2 travel sets and a complete emergency travel makeup bag in my car.

Go to Baby Beach in Aruba it is beautiful and its a beach used to teach babies how to swim so the water anywhere on that beach is not above ur waist.

Zuneta stock Bioderma for $21.48 here in the UK with free international shipping over £65. It is more expensive than in France but if you club together with friends it might make it worthwhile. Plus they stock some amazing products and I have had faultless C/S when I've used them. Hope this helps?

I don't think you brought too much at all. I wear a smokey eye everyday, so I bring the naked palette since it has such a range, mascara, eyeliner, foundation, concealer, powder, amazonian clay blush in blissful, and bronzer. NOT including the individual brushes I use for each of those. =/

Have a great time! My husband and I went to Aruba for our honeymoon three years ago this week! :) Definitely check out the restaurant Madame Jeanettes. Even if you stay at an all inclusive, the food there is amazing and worth the trip to leave the resort for some local fare.
