I think they might not want to do it because some techs don't usually deal with long nails and I know from experience, not all know how to properly fill long nails. When they do a fill, they need to strengthen the nail for the growth since the last fill. I learned the hard way lol. I broke like two right after getting a fill from someone who don't know how to properly fill long nails specifically.

I get the same from people saying they couldn't do long nails, and my nail aren't half the length as yours. I do my own nails because techs had a problem with my nails. It's been 5+ years.

Yess sis Preach. I would always say if you can grow out your hair you can definitely grow out your nails. I think some nail techs are intimidated by long nails. I love Marie Ortiz we definitely need to clone her and have nail techs like her in each state. Love the nail design ❤

Like you I've had nails that were half the length of yours and worked in a grocery store, bank and childcare. In childcare I changed diapers and clothes on infants (new borns) and NOT scratched a child. So I feel ya, when people say they can't wear nails that long.

I feel you 100% I'm a licensed nail tech and I have this problem when trying to find a nail tech for my nails. A lot of people don't like doing long nails because it's harder to shape and get the thickness and apex right. So because of that, they say they don't do long nails 🤦🏾‍♀️ beautiful design. Tfs

I have followed you for years. My nails were 2 and a 1/2 inches long, and I had to cut them off and start over because of my health. I have the ALS disease, so it's very hard to get on the bed.

Love you have to realize it is going to take longer for you because of the length. I really feel like the shop you are going to do not want to do them anymore. They should be honest with you and stop coming with excuses. You know how to do your own nails and no one is going to do them like you
