Netherlands: 4,2 PJ per year Norway: 420 PJ per year Why does the average Norwegian consume 322 times the energy one average dutch person consumes?
@JG_Online995 жыл бұрын
you need to factor in government projects and infrastructure for this to make sense, Norway is quite a bit large and has quite a number more facilities than the Netherlands, its not just the people, its the whole country!

You should go over the script again. There are several errors in it. For example, you mention 1 horsepower, but that is a unit of... well *POWER*, and not Energy. It's not called Horseenergy.
@JG_Online995 жыл бұрын
a horsepower much like a watt can be converted back into joules :)
@TheAgamemnon9115 жыл бұрын
@@JG_Online99 Yes, but you absolutely need to specify a time with which to do the conversion. Is it the energy a horse can output in a minute? an hour? a lifetime? You didn't say, so you can't brush this critique off like that.
@Sparky-vj2dq5 жыл бұрын
@@JG_Online99 I thought this compilation was excellent but agree with Agammenon on this technicality. I was taught that energy is defined as the ability to do work while power is the rate of conversion of energy from one form into another.
