DO the recipients receive the message or do they have to have your number saved like in broadcast lists to receive your message?
@respondio10 ай бұрын
Hey! Recipients of WhatsApp broadcasts via respond.io do not need to have your number saved. However, they must have opted in to receive messages from you, and you must adhere to WhatsApp's guidelines, including using pre-approved message templates and respecting broadcast limits. Hope this helps! You can also read up more on the subject here 👉 respond.io/blog/whatsapp-broadcast#toc-mobile-12

API Required a number on which whatsaap not work before, then can we take new number to get API and Call to action we can put our business whatsaap number, is it posible?
@respondio9 ай бұрын
Hey, it sounds like you're asking about using a phone number for WhatsApp API that hasn't been used with WhatsApp before, and then using a different number for the actual business communication? If so, yes. You can register a new phone number for WhatsApp API that hasn't been used with WhatsApp before. However, any automated messages sent through the API will appear to come from this new number. You can still use your existing business WhatsApp number for customer-initiated contact, but responses to these interactions will come from the number registered with the API. It's simpler to use the same number for both API and business communications if possible, and always ensure compliance with WhatsApp’s policies. Hope this help, and we suggest speaking to us here 👉🏼 respond.io/contact so we can continue this conversation and assist you better 😃
