here is the solution..first install UC broweser...then type whatsapp in UC browser...then hit the install button dont save it....and ...if u are using vodafone ...make the preference setting as "vodafone mobile connect"

hey, i got this problem with my nokia c3. i downloaded whatsapp but it keeps connecting to WLAN, I do not want it to do this as it drains battery but the only way i can make it stop is by uninstalling whatsapp. Is there any way to have whatsapp yet prevent it from auto-connecting?

hye..i'm using whatsapp on my nokia c3 and got no problem with this application..my nokia keeps connecting wlan when im at home n it doesnt consume lots of energy as my htc does.i think u should check ur connection setting to prevent it from auto connecting.

e stand for edge. it's a gsm network. EVDO i believe is for cdma network. the nokia c3 runs on gsm network lol \

Cara , o meu problema é o seguinte. Baixei e instalei o Whatsapp numa boa. Mas assim que abre ele pede pra colocar o meu próprio número , coloquei e continua dando erro , nem sei pq. Estou conectado com wi-fi. Se puderem ajudar agradeço !
