All those people say God bless goalies, yes I feel you. It hurts a lot to get hit by a shot especially to have to block a ball by any means. However, once I switched from goalie to close D, taking shots I the mid section hurts a hell of a lot when you have tiny defense liners on instead of a goalie chest protector.

Cutting round objects: get yourself 2 small pieces of pipe that will seat the round (ball), sandwich the ball between them, add small piece of wood to the top pipe, them then clamp down. This will save your hands, fingers and lots of pain. Have fun cutting!

I wonder how a sharp drill bit would work on this thing? I was going to get a bodyworks ball for my back but finding out they are basically a Lacrosse ball with a rope going through it...i'd rather spend a few bucks on a ball and drill it out and put a nylon rope through it rather than 39.95 for the bodyworks ball. Maybe cut one of those foam rollers that people use in physical therapy, I would know because I recently hurt my knee and had surgery! My physical therapist and I were talking about a half roller he had and he said maybe they just cut it in half. So you should try it sometime. They are cylinder and usually black.
