Probably the most expensive stars would be Tom, Brad, Denzel, and David, with Keanu and Goldblum on the outside. JCVD might be in that second group, too, and cheapest would be Elijah and Sarah (who's TV popular and known, but not as commanding of price as she would be after 2000). Not sure where to put Milla.
