It's refreshing to watch you back at buying storage units, instead of dealing with the stress of dealing with "complicated" neighbors! If they ever decide to sell and move, you should buy the property, under a different company name, (so they don't know it's you), to prevent anyone close to, or worse than them moving in!!

The first unit I ever bought things were missing and I asked the manager about it and she said she let the owner come in and take stuff out after the sale, because she said it was the owners stuff after all. I told her it was theft. theft. A

My father-in-law used to use a certain bubble gum (not the soft kind) to repair chips on old ornate picture frames while repairing and refinishing them. He then filled the frame with a beveled mirror. His work was stunning.

This Lady loved her jewelry. Saved a lot of single earrings. Lost the others. Happens so often. Jewelry ceramic boxes are adorable. Some of those watches are pretty old i think. A watch collector would be liking to get them from you. Very good unit from a classy Lady.😊

Orlando storage is shady . When I moved from Orlando.in 2018 , I rented a storage unit to put some of my things and my dad's who had just passed away for my daughter. I told her to check on it several times a year to make sure everything was good. She called me up and told me grandpa's bachelor chest was gone. He had it since he was a child brought over from Norway. It belonged to his father. Who passed away when he was 7 years old? It was the only thing he had left of his dad. I wanted my daughter to have it and pass it on to my grandson. Funny, there was a lock on the unit but it wasn't the one we put on when we put belonging in unit . She went to the office, they claimed to know nothing. But she said the guy wouldn't look her in the eye . The new lock was the same style they sell .Like I said, shady.😢

The bird on the chest is a phoenix based on the story of the dragon and the phoenix. Both are considered good luck. I wear a pendant that I purchased in China. The chest is so beautiful! Would love to find something like that for my Chinese daughter as she sets up her own home!

The chest with the secret compartment is a coffee table....!! I use to have one almost just like it....!! Also the Kate Spade perfume cost anywhere from $60 to $100 depending on the size.... Kate Spade sells a lot of different item's but she was mostly known for her purses....
