Scaloni is a tactital genius. His team selection and tactics are both amazing. Emi Martinez , Cristian Romero , Depaul, lautaro, nico Gonzalez , montiel, Molina, paredes. All are new additions to scaloni's team. Now they have a fixed starting xi. Bench strength. Flexible tactics. Apart from that scaloni knows the strength and weakness of each and every player. Also calling up those same players on every qualifer friendly matches and fielding them consistently will create a strong bond. That's important. just watch the recent arg v Uruguay match.
