Wheat Straw or Barley Straw? Whats the difference?

I share a very short explanation of the difference between Barley straw and wheat straw. Which is best for a donkey? Barley straw. I will explain in more detail in another video.

So what is the difference in usage.? Are the purposes different.? I use to bed duck stalls… is one better than the other.?

Both are great at being used for bedding but wheat straw has a naturally occurring wax coating that allows for moisture to slide off easier therefore stays a little cleaner, Barley straw is better for Donkey feed because there is no coating the the barley is healthier for them as forage and is more palatable.
