There's a guy here on KZbin (Dr. Wheatgrass) that says it's best to hold the wheatgrass in your mouth for a few minutes to allow for much better absorption. Since this video was made in 2013, I assume that you're doing much better and completely recovered!

From what I read in wheatgrass nature's finest medicine it says no to use citrus when drinking the wheatgrass the citrus lessens the effect use pineapple.or.apple juice but I luv the taste of.wheatgrass...good video...My prayers r w u!

Hi Nalie. Your grass needs a soil medium, and should be a rich green. Growing is a pain lol. A tray should do you a few days. You need a masticating juicer to squeeze the juice from the grass shoots. Hopefully you're not still using the juicer from the video. Keep the healthy living going. All the best for a long long life

Hi, Nalie!!! I recomend using a more proper juicer for wheatgrass, such as a healthy juicer (cheaper) o an omega (more expensive), any masticating juicer will do, that way you will get a lot more of juice from your grass!!! and putting a coupple of red grapes when juicing improves the taste. I grow my wheat grass in glass pans with organic soil. Please don't use the bleached paper towels because the wheat grass is sucking all those bleach chemicals in the paper towel up into the grass. Maybe use not bleach paper towels. The wheat grass root can reach over 18" in length if grow directly in the ground searching for every last bit of nutrients and minerals in the soil. I will post a video of what I do. Thanks!

Hi young lady. That juicer you have is not good for wheatgrass. If you get one of the slower turning juicers which crushes the wheatgrass, you will get more juice with less grass. Crushing the wheatgrass, you would get 6 shots per tray verses one shot per tray. I wish you well on your battle with cancer. Peace and Love and Creator bless you.

centrifugal juicers might not be that good at juicing leafy greens. I think masticating juicers are better. The manual ones work pretty well too!

you can about a 80% better yield by using a masticating juicer. Centrifucal juicers just spit the majority of it to the waste dish.

shouldn't try juicing in that juicer with the centrifugal juicer. That's meant more for fruits and veggies... not leafy greens or grass. It doesn't get out as much juice as you could be getting and it heats the product. Much better to have it cold pressed. I'd recommend you get a manual wheatgrass juicer.

You do realize that entire PH theory is pure quackery?! Its common knowledge, and anyone with an understanding of basic biochemistry should understand: your bodys enzymes can't operate in an alkaline environment, they cease to work. OF COURSE cancer cells can't survive in an alkaline environment, that does NOT NOT NOT make it a cure. NO HUMAN CELLS can survive in an alkaline environment! By the same token, setting yourself on fire is also a 'cure for cancer' (puff, you are cured... but you are also a lump of charcoal!). As for these so-called remedies. All they do, AT MOST, is perhaps change the pH of your urine slightly for a temporary duration. Anything else would send you to the ER. Stick with real, evidence based medicine. Cancer survival rates, almost across the board, are improving. "Real medicine" has cured countless diseases and provided treatment for countless others... Homeopathy and other folk remedies have had thousands of years head start and haven't cured a thing, they fail every time they are tested in controlled, blinded studies. That's the reason they are "alternative". Anything that shows efficacy ceases to be "alternative" and becomes just 'medicine'. Simple as that.
