A cake for every occasion!
Ingredients:
Biscuit:
- 4 eggs
- 100g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 120g of flour
- 1 tablespoon of oil
For the fruit cream:
- 250g blueberries
- 35g strength
- 80ml of water
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
For the white cream:
- 250g of mascarpone cheese
- 250g Philadelphia cheese
- 200ml sweet cream
- 70g of sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Bake the biscuit for 12 minutes.
Cut the baked biscuit into 6 strips. Cut into 7 strips for a larger diameter and a lower cake.
