Wow! Really impressed. I'd be super nervous going backwards down stairs on my own. Wish my rehab and therapy did training like this. When I fall forward or back in my chair my recovery is way different though.

Мужик, который спускался спиной вперёд, вообще безбашенный. Такой способ очень опасен, особенно когда никто не подстраховывает. По крайней мере, если что-то пойдет не так и начнёшь падать; то проще руки перед собой выставить, чем биться головой о ступени.

Même pas impressionné.je c'est le faire en fauteuil roulant manuel depuis 1984🤣.LES MÉTROS DE PARIS A L'ÉPOQUE même les escalator parcoure pour monter les marches dans le métro je demandais de l'aide au usagée du métro.OK SANS ASSANCEUR POUR PERSONNES A MOBILITÉ RÉDUITES.. DEPUIS CELA VA MIEUX POUR PRENDRE LES TRANSPORT EN COMMUN OK.🇲🇫

Il est vrai que le système de transport en commun en Malaisie est encore en développement et nous reconnaissons qu'il peut ne pas être au même niveau qu'en France en termes d'accessibilité. C'est pourquoi la formation des personnes en fauteuil roulant est cruciale ici. En sensibilisant et en fournissant une formation adéquate, nous visons à améliorer l'accessibilité et l'inclusivité de notre transport en commun pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.

they have a tpical lifespan of about 5 years , i learned how to do the steps thing but in 35 years ive never once done in it in a real world situation
