Great flying Arthur! The F-86 is such a great flyer. My only complaint is I wish I could get a much bigger battery in there. 6000 would be great.

That jet isn’t the lightest but it’s light after all…it is just a matter of throttle management and small elevator throws buddy 😅

@@ArthurRC I´ll cross my fingers that you get one. But I have compared the size and specs and she is very similar to the Freewing one, but heavier. Maybe with the more shallow fuselage (cabin) it´s a bit faster but I don´t know for sure. I think both can fly 200 km/h but not so much more. The FMS one has the optional fuselage vector nozzle for $59 which maybe is cool, but i have no experience with that...

so nice, love the wheelies -:) Need to get the CG more rear on my FW sabre and see if I can do it. Do you still have the HSD 120mm Sabre, and if so what are your thoughts? Worth the $$ ? We have about 130 meters of geotex runway now at our club, I think with brakes it may be enough length .

Freewing F-86 Book CG 170 to 180mm (mine is at 190mm) Method: put battery in place with gear down, si the plane on tail, attach canopy, slightly touch nose with finger, if plane easily rotates down to nose wheel, she’s spot on, call it the sit test! Yes I still have the HSD and it’s my favorite jet of all times !!!! No problem with your runway

@@ArthurRC Great, I'll do that method to balance! Glad to hear the HSD is still earning it's place. Yes, in general the F-86 is just iconic and beautiful, one of the best 1950's jets. Thanks Arthur😁
